We operate a high-ceiling warehouse setup, not a flashy air-conditioned gym. Here, you get real gymnastic rings and professional aerial hoops, with dedicated manual spotting to keep you safe as you build the confidence to hang, climb, and fly.
Whether you are chasing the elegance of a lyra routine or the raw strength required for gymnastic rings, our aerial program is about functional ability, not just how it looks. We strip away the intimidation factor. We teach you how to engage your core, grip the apparatus, and transition between holds without the pressure of a typical fitness studio. Based in Yelahanka, our space is designed for movement. You are not just paying for access to rings, you are getting coaching on the physics of your own body. We focus on progressions, starting with basic hangs, moving to inversions, and eventually linking sequences together. It is real work, but that is how you build real, lasting strength.
