About Bollywood & Dance Fitness
If you are worried about your knees or ankles during jumps and floorwork, I have got you covered. The studio floor here in Chhatarpur is fitted with specialized laminate wood laid over a high-density foam underlay. It is designed to absorb impact and cushion your joints, letting you focus entirely on your dance, your energy, and the music, instead of worrying about landing safely.
My approach to Bollywood dance and fitness is pretty simple: if it is not fun, you are not going to keep doing it. I know what the corporate grind is like, so my classes are designed to be your daily reset button.
What to expect
Every session is a mix of high-energy movement and genuine expression. We don't just count steps here; we work on musicality, posture, and confidence. My teaching style
I keep things beginner-friendly and inclusive. You will see me break down complex movements into small, manageable pieces. We start with a yoga-based warm-up to prep your body and end with cool-downs. I am also big on real-time feedback—if you are struggling with a line or a weight shift, we will fix it together in the moment.
