After a wonderful June edition, I am happy to announce Unbound for July. This poster invites you to a session of spontaneous movement, expression, and flow. It is a raw, unfiltered, and cathartic space to connect with your body, feelings, and emotions.

About Embodied Strength & Flow: Conditioning & Dance
If you often feel restricted by rigid fitness routines that ignore your body's unique signals, our approach to conditioning changes the conversation. Instead of repetitive gym sets, we focus on anatomy-informed mobility and deep muscle awareness. In our intensives or drop-in sessions, we do not just train for aesthetic results. We train to help you feel like your body is a home, not a machine.
Movement is not a punishment for what you ate or a means to an end. It is a language. At our Domlur and New Tippasandra studios, we teach you how to speak that language with clarity and confidence.

- The Unbound Approach: Our 'Unbound' sessions are where structure meets spontaneity. It is a somatic, raw space to shed pent-up energy, improve proprioception, and let go of the pressure to 'perform' your dance.
- Alexander Technique: We occasionally host workshops that help you find freedom in your joints and a stronger back through mindfulness and the study of mind-body unity.

We believe in the power of showing up. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned mover, our classes in Bangalore are designed to meet you where you are. You do not need to come with perfect technique. You only need the willingness to listen to what your body is asking for.
