This is what discipline and real strength look like. From national records to personal bests, here is the work we put in every day at the studio.

This is what we build here. My student attempting a massive 342.5 kg deadlift, which is 5 kg more than the national record. This is the result of pure discipline and the power of our team supporting every lift.

Perfecting form is everything. Here, I am guiding a new lifter through the fundamentals of the squat, ensuring his technique is solid from day one. I give direct feedback like "Chest up, chest up" because correct form prevents injury and builds real strength.

I don't just train lifters; I build champions. Here I am with my student Beena Parihar, celebrating her gold medals at the Junior National Powerlifting Championship. She set two national records, a testament to her hard work.

I lead by example. This is a memory from 2013, squatting 340 kg while preparing for the All India Inter Railway Championship. I've been in the trenches, and I use that experience to guide my students.

Strength has no limits. My para-athlete Hemant benching 150 kg for reps shows that with the right mindset and coaching, any barrier can be broken. I provide full support to all my para-powerlifters.

We win as a team. This is a part of my Powerlifting Studio squad after a successful competition, loaded with medals. Here, everyone supports each other, and we celebrate every victory together.

Witnessing a student break his own limits is the greatest reward. This is Himanshu hitting a 190 kg bench press for the first time. With the team spotting and pushing him, he achieved a new personal record.

This is the sound of a heavy squat session. My student Mayank pushing through a 270 kg set while I guide him. Every rep is a battle, and we fight it together.

About Featured

Every rep captured here follows the same rule: form first, weight second. Whether it's a massive 340 kg squat or a beginner's first session, we drill the mechanics until they are second nature. If you are training here, you are not just getting a spotter. You are getting a coach who watches your bar path, bracing, and stance on every single set.
