The Powerlifting Studio: Our Squad
Lifting heavy isn't a solo journey. In our studio, we build strength together—pushing, spotting, and chasing PRs as one team.
Words of appreciation from legendary powerlifter Angrej Singh for my coaching and my team. This motivates me to work harder and create more champions.
About The Powerlifting Studio: Our Squad
You won't find headphones-on, isolation-mode training here. When you step onto our platforms, you are part of a squad where spotting is mandatory and every heavy set gets a crowd. We drill technique until it becomes muscle memory, and if you are failing a rep, someone is always there to catch the bar. This is a high-energy environment built on the principle that iron sharpens iron.
At our Matiala studio, the atmosphere is defined by accountability. Powerlifting is a mental game as much as a physical one, and the noise of the gym—the plates clattering, the cheers during a PR attempt—is by design. It keeps the energy high when your nervous system starts to fatigue.
We keep it 'platform-ready.' You aren't just here to sweat; you are here to build total-weight capacity. Whether you are prepping for a state-level meet or just fixing your squat stance, you get the same intensity. We don't entertain ego lifting. If your form breaks, we fix it immediately—whether you are a beginner or a veteran lifter.
Expect a rotation-based setup on our competition-grade Red Combo Racks. It forces interaction. You will be spotting your bench-press partners, and they will be tracking your bar path on deadlifts. This isn't just social; it is safety. When you train with us, you are training in an environment that mimics the pressure and camaraderie of a real competition day.
