Squat Sessions

The squat is the foundation of strength. We drill technique relentlessly, focusing on depth, bracing, and control to build power from the ground up, whether you're a beginner or chasing a 300+ kg lift.

Bench Press Mastery

A powerful bench press requires technique, not just brute force. I teach my lifters how to use their whole body, maintain a strong arch, and control the bar to hit new personal records on the bench.

Deadlift Dominance

This is the ultimate test of raw strength. We focus on building a powerful pull from the floor, perfecting both sumo and conventional deadlift techniques to help my athletes lift weights they never thought possible.

Strength Has No Limits: Para Powerlifting

I am proud to coach para-athletes, helping them build incredible strength and compete at the highest levels. Their determination is an inspiration to everyone in the studio, proving that the only limits are the ones you set for yourself.

The Comeback Trail: Injury Recovery

Setbacks and injuries are a part of any serious athletic journey. I specialize in powerlifting injury recovery, using smart programming and a focus on mental toughness to help my athletes rebuild their strength and confidence to come back stronger than before.
