Let's bust a huge myth: lifting heavy weights will not make you bulky. As women, we don't have the testosterone levels for that. Instead, lifting heavy builds lean muscle, which gives you a toned, strong physique. Don't be afraid to lift.

Household chores are not a workout. While activities like sweeping and mopping contribute to your daily movement, they don't build muscle. A real home workout involves structured resistance, which is exactly what my online plans provide.
