This is what we train for. This video shows my journey at the NPC State Rajasthan powerlifting meet. After a failed first attempt at 190 kg, I came back to pull 210 kg and then a final 220 kg deadlift to secure the gold. This is the mindset I bring to my own training and to yours: face the challenge, adjust, and win.
This is my hands-on coaching style. I am right there with my client, pushing him through a heavy 130 kg bench press set. My job is to ensure your form is safe and to give you that extra push, yelling "Chal, chal, chal!" when you need it most to break your personal records.
Proper spotting and coaching are critical for heavy lifts like this 180 kg squat. I guide my clients through every rep, ensuring they maintain correct form to maximize strength gains and prevent injury. We focus on building a powerful and safe squat, which is a foundation of powerlifting.
Even a coach needs a coach. Here I am pulling a 200 kg deadlift for two reps under the watchful eye of my own guru. This shows that I believe in continuous learning and respecting the fundamentals of strength training, a principle I pass on to all my clients.
This is the result of discipline and hard work. My physique is my resume. It proves that the training and nutrition principles I teach are effective. I built this strength and size with zero shortcuts, and I can guide you on the same path.
Competing is in my blood. This was me hitting a 185 kg bench press at a state-level event in Alwar. I prepare my clients for competition with the same intensity and strategic approach that I use for my own meets, covering everything from training cycles to attempt selection on game day.
This was me in 2021, weighing 65 kg. It's a reminder of where I started. Everyone begins somewhere, and my journey is proof that with the right plan and consistent mehnat, a complete body transformation is possible.
About Featured
Most people focus only on the heavy weights, but I focus on the form and the discipline. In these photos, you see me and my clients correcting bar path, depth, and bracing technique for the big three lifts. We do not just lift; we analyze, adjust, and grow. My Approach: No Shortcuts
I built myself from 65kg to 92kg, and I did it with discipline, not shortcuts. My coaching is based on that same philosophy. Whether you train with me in person at The Hercules Gym in Alwar or at one of the Anytime Fitness locations in Dwarka, the intensity remains the same.
Why Technique is Everything
Powerlifting is simple, but not easy. You can load a bar with 200kg, but if your form is off, you are just risking injury. That is why I personally review your training videos for depth, bracing, and bar path. When you see me in these photos spotting a heavy bench press or helping a client hit a squat depth, that is exactly what you get. I am there to ensure you are safe and to yell 'Chal, chal, chal' when you need that final push.
Beyond the Gym
Strength comes from the kitchen, too. I provide macro-based nutrition charts that use real, home-cooked Indian foods. No fancy powders or complicated meals that you cannot stick to. We track progress weekly—weight scale photos, lifting logs, and energy levels. If you are slacking, I will know. If you are hitting your macros, we will progress. Dheela nahi padna (Do not slack off)—if you want results, you have to stay consistent.
