Welcome to the FitwithPari tribe. I believe fitness should be enjoyable and empowering, not a punishment. Here, we focus on getting stronger together, with a variety of workouts like strength training, Pilates, and yoga, all from the comfort of your home.

My certification as a Women's Fitness Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) is foundational to my coaching. It ensures my programs are designed specifically for the unique needs of the female body through all stages of life.

In every live session, I provide verbal cues to fix your form in real-time, so you aren't left guessing if you are doing a staggered RDL or a squat correctly. We keep it simple: you just need a yoga mat, a pair of dumbbells, and a bit of floor space to get started.
