This is Power Pilates. By adding light weights to our flow, we challenge the muscles and build serious strength while maintaining the core principles of control and precision that make Pilates so effective.

Short on time? This 30-minute dumbbell leg workout is one of our most popular sessions. It's a quick, effective circuit designed to build lower body strength and endurance with just a pair of dumbbells.

My certification as a Women's Fitness Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) is foundational to my coaching. It ensures my programs are designed specifically for the unique needs of the female body through all stages of life.

I watch you while you move, not just demonstrate. In every live session, I provide verbal cues to fix your form in real-time, so you aren't left guessing if you are doing a staggered RDL or a squat correctly. We keep it simple: you just need a yoga mat, a pair of dumbbells, and a bit of floor space to get started.

You don't need a gym membership or hours of free time to get strong. My philosophy is that fitness should be a sustainable part of your lifestyle, whether you are balancing a career, family, or just finding your rhythm again. My virtual sessions are built on this idea.

  • Flexible Scheduling: You can access live sessions between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM IST. If you miss a slot, you have access to recorded sessions, so you never fall behind.
