Using parkour boxes, we practice precision jumps and vaults. This training builds explosive power and spatial awareness, essential skills for any aspiring mover.

This is what we call 'Vanargiri'. It's about playful exploration, using simple structures to practice vaults, jumps, and ground movements, building a strong and adaptable body.

About Outdoor Parkour & Freerunning

Before you book, know this: we don't use treadmills or machines. Our parkour sessions happen in parks like Lodhi Garden or our Gurgaon Shala. You'll be climbing, jumping, and vaulting using whatever is around—walls, railings, or even trees. It’s gritty, it’s outside, and you might get a bit of dirt on your shoes, but that’s where the real progress happens.

Parkour isn't just for action movies; it’s the most primal form of movement. At Vanarshala, we strip away the fitness facade and get back to how bodies were meant to move. Whether you’re learning your first vault or refining your flow, our approach is all about safety and play.
