You don't jump into backflips on day one. We start with wrist and core conditioning to build the stability you need, then use high-density crash mats to safely spot your technique before you ever try it solo. It’s about building the strength to handle your weight, not just throwing yourself around.

Why Conditioning Matters
Many dancers get stuck because they lack the specific functional strength required for the floor. Our training focuses on:
- Injury Prevention: We dedicate time to wrist, shoulder, and core stability before you even hit the floor.
- Safety First: We use high-density crash mats and manual spotting from instructors for all flipping and tricking attempts.
- Progressive Drills: You won't just 'try' a move. We drill the basics of balance and trajectory until your body knows exactly what to do.

We run these sessions at our studios in Jangpura, South Delhi, and across Noida. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or a seasoned b-boy looking to refine your technique; our goal is to build your confidence and your skills in a space where everyone supports each other.
