Our breaking classes are in full flow. We teach handstands, backflips, head spins, and all the footwork and top rocks you need to become a complete breaker. Registrations are open for all age groups.

About Flips, Tricks & Conditioning

You don't jump into backflips on day one. We start with wrist and core conditioning to build the stability you need, then use high-density crash mats to safely spot your technique before you ever try it solo. It’s about building the strength to handle your weight, not just throwing yourself around.
