It is never too late to start. At BDDC, our adult gymnastics classes provide a supportive space to build strength, mobility, and confidence, regardless of your starting point.
A look at our adult morning batch. The class includes dynamic warm-ups, strength training, and basic tumbling drills on the mats, providing a full-body workout to start the day.
Our mixed-age classes often include yoga-inspired movements like the cobra pose and wheel pose to warm up the body and improve spinal flexibility for students of all ages.
In our adult fitness classes, we focus on functional movements that improve mobility. Here, students practice the camel pose, a great stretch for the chest, abdomen, and quadriceps.
Personal training sessions allow us to focus on specific goals, like improving flexibility for splits and backbends or building strength for handstands with one-on-one instructor assistance.

What our adult training looks like:
- Mobility & Flexibility: We start with dedicated time for full-body stretching. Whether you are aiming for your first split or trying to fix back stiffness, we tailor the warm-ups to help you open up safely.
- Strength Fundamentals: Before flips, we build the base. We focus on core strength and functional movements—handstands, bridge poses, and controlled tumbling—that help you feel more capable in your daily life.
- Safe Progression: We use professional-grade landing mats, foam vaulting boxes, and constant manual spotting. You do not need to worry about landing wrong; my team and I are there to guide your form every step of the way.
Whether you want to build fitness, improve posture, or just learn a new skill, we keep the environment encouraging. You get the same high-energy, supportive vibe that our kids enjoy. Plus, if you need that extra push, we offer one-on-one sessions with video form analysis to fast-track your progress. Just bring comfortable clothes and a willingness to learn.
