About this collection
Competition gymnastics is not just about the routine you see on the mat, it is about the hours spent perfecting the landing, the tension in your core, and the mindset required to handle pressure. At my academy, we run formal intra-academy meets every few months to ensure that when your child steps onto the mat at a state or national level, the crowd and the judges feel like familiar territory rather than a distraction.
Winning medals is the outcome of a process that starts long before the competition day. My training method focuses on building a competitive mindset alongside physical agility. We train in our Sheetla Colony facility in Gurugram, using Olympic-standard apparatus because you cannot fake your way through an uneven bar routine or a vault landing.
We regularly prepare athletes for major events like the Haryana State Championships and SGFI games. The progression is logical. We start with basics on the floor and air track, then move to complex apparatus. My students understand that being competition ready means executing moves under the watchful eye of official judges.
What we focus on for competitions:
- Technical Precision: Whether it is the balance beam or the pommel horse, I demand perfection. Every degree of rotation and every extended limb is coached to meet official scoring criteria.
- Mental Toughness: A gymnast needs to perform on command. My strict, direct approach ensures they stay focused and execute even when they are tired.
- Real Experience: We run our own in-house meets to simulate real tournament environments. This removes the fear of the spotlight, so when they compete in regional or national events, they know exactly how to execute.
We do not believe in participation trophies. We believe in performance, discipline, and the pursuit of that gold medal.
