About From Practice to Podium: Our Champions
Our competitive program focuses on the technical demands of FIG standards, requiring 4 to 5 days of training per week. We guide students through routine choreography on vault and beam, preparing them specifically for district, state, and national competition circuits.

Transitioning from recreational gymnastics to competitive training is a big step. At Sportyze, we have built a structured pathway that moves children from basic floor skills to performing advanced routines on professional apparatus like high beams and vault tables.
