Art for me is a messy, beautiful mix of life and canvas. Welcome to my creative sanctuary—the space where I translate my thoughts, inspirations, and motherhood adventures into color.

This is my little world, my art studio. This candid photo, clicked by my husband, perfectly defines me, completely soaked in the process of creating.

Me in my happy place, surrounded by my artworks. The joy of being a 'kalakaar' (artist) is something that is best felt rather than spoken.

Doing what I love most, sketching. This candid shot was taken by a dear friend during a live sketching session at one of our exhibitions.

Me at my booth during Chitra Santhe 2024, one of Bangalore's biggest art fairs. I sold 14 paintings that day, and my heart was full of gratitude for all the love and support.

A short video highlighting some of my artworks and moments from Chitra Santhe 2023. This art fair is not just an event, it's a feeling.

The official announcement that my artworks were selected for the prestigious Chitra Santhe art fair. It's always exciting to participate and meet art lovers in person.

Standing with my exhibited artworks at the India Art Festival (IAF) 2023. These events are a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow artists and art appreciators.

A few moments from my recent art exhibition at IGNCA, Bangalore. It was an honor to share a platform with so many talented artist friends.

The entrance to the Art Bengaluru Collective 5.0 exhibition at Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath. Day 1 was long but incredibly fruitful.

Another shot from the Art Bengaluru Collective exhibition. It's always a pleasure to be part of the vibrant Bangalore art scene.

About My Creative World: Studio, Process & Exhibitions

My studio is a space of controlled chaos, often shared with my little tornado, Yuvan. When I am not coding, you will find me at my drafting table with Arches paper and Mijello mission pigments, working through my latest watercolor piece while balancing my baby's nap schedule. It is not a sterile gallery space, but a real, lived-in home studio.

A Journey Through Color and Craft

It is more than just paintings; it is about the journey. Whether it is the quiet concentration of a live sketching session at Bangalore’s Chitra Santhe or the thrill of having my work displayed at the 'Fabriano in Acquarello' festival in Italy, every exhibit tells a piece of my story.

My Creative Process

I believe art should be accessible and intimate. My creative process starts with a simple observation—the tea seller down the road, a vintage door, or the rhythm of Durga Pujo. I then take these memories to my desk, mixing layers of transparent watercolors or using acrylics for bolder textures.

I focus on professional materials like 300GSM Arches paper because I want my work to last as long as the memories they represent. Every brushstroke is an attempt to capture a fleeting feeling, from the rough grain of a heritage wall to the soft expression in a portrait.

Art Beyond Borders

Being part of the local art community in Bengaluru, like the Art Bengaluru Collective or the India Art Festival, has been incredibly humbling. It is where I meet fellow artists and art lovers who value the craft as much as I do. Seeing my paintings travel from my small Bangalore studio to exhibitions in Vietnam and Italy makes me realize that art truly has no borders.

If you are interested in a studio visit, want to discuss a custom commission, or simply want to know more about upcoming exhibitions where you can see my work in person, I would love to connect.
