Not Just Stretching - Building You From the Base
I don’t believe in shortcuts or just doing things for the sake of it. Here, we start bilkul base se (right from scratch). I care about quality - making sure you really “get” what your body’s doing, not just copying moves. If you hear me say “squeeze your bum” or “flex your feet”, it’s because proper technique matters if you want to get stronger and stay safe.
What Happens in Class
Discipline and detail set the tone. I’m hands-on with personal corrections, and I’ll push you, but safely. We focus a lot on core strengthening routines since that’s your body’s engine for balance and power. Resistance bands and yoga blocks aren’t just props - they help you build muscle and nail the right form. Ab rollers and a few other tools keep things interesting, and yes, it gets tough. Samajh gaye? (Got it?)

My Story
Hi, we’re Dance with AGMI, tucked away in West Delhi. Our studio’s more like a family adda than a classroom. Dance? Not just steps, yaar – it’s finding your groove, getting gutsy, and sometimes, just letting loose. Like, Asmi – she once hid from the camera, now she’s all smiles and spins. Pandemic showed us – doesn’t matter if you’re in Delhi or Dubai, we can still dance together. Mahadev ki kasam (I swear by Lord Shiva), every class is honest, full of masti (fun), and a little bit of magic.
