At Dance with AGMI, we do not just teach steps. We build dancers from the ground up, mixing strict technique with the support you need to grow.

This moment captures everything I love about teaching. It's about trust, encouragement, and celebrating the smile that comes with achieving a goal. We work hard, but always with support and care.

I'm just a proud mushy mess watching this. Meet our little powerhouse, Asmi, unlocking her full splits after weeks of dedicated practice. This is what we mean by celebrating every milestone, big or small.

Here, we're using an ab roller to build core strength while working on a center split. This shows how we integrate strength training directly into our flexibility work for safer, more powerful results.

A regular day in our flexibility class looks like this. Using steppers helps students safely deepen their splits, ensuring proper alignment and preventing strain on their joints. It's all about smart, consistent training.

An active classroom is a happy classroom. For our youngest dancers, we use fun obstacle courses to improve their balance, coordination, and body awareness without them even realizing they're training.

"Press the knees down, flex your feet." Details matter. Here, I'm giving a student one on one attention, using a resistance band and block to help her understand the feeling of a correct forward fold stretch.

This is the result of discipline and patience. Our student Manvi demonstrates a beautiful backbend, showcasing the incredible flexibility and control that comes from consistent, guided practice.

Strength is for everyone. Here, one of our adult students works on her core power with the ab roller, getting hands on guidance to ensure her form is correct and effective. Every day is a chance to get stronger.

I do not believe in showing off moves if you do not have the foundation to support them. In every class, you will see us using resistance bands, yoga blocks, and manual spotting, not just to look busy, but to ensure your muscles are firing correctly. It is about building a body that can actually handle the dance, not just pretending to be flexible.
