At Damo Shaolin Kung Fu School, we do not view martial arts as a hobby. It is a way of life. The moments captured here represent the ethos of my teaching—from the discipline required to master close-quarter combat to the traditional values we uphold.
Why Lineage Matters
As a 34th Generation Shaolin Temple Warrior Disciple, I do not just teach moves. I pass down a system refined over centuries. This includes the physical—Sanda, Boxing, and Eskrima—and the mental, through Qigong and meditation. When you train with me in Shahpur Jat, you are not learning generic fitness. You are learning to cultivate focus and actual skill.
Protecting What Matters
'Self-defense' is often misunderstood. It is not about aggression. It is about the capacity to act when needed. As I always say, Zindagi jeenay kay liye hai (Life is for living). To live fully, one must have the confidence that they can handle conflict. We break down the mechanics of defense—whether it is knife defense or stick fighting—until it becomes instinct. You train, you repeat, you master. That is the way of Shaolin.
