Authentic Shaolin Kung Fu Training in Delhi
I am Shifu Yan Xiang, a 34th Generation Shaolin Temple Warrior Disciple. This is where we build real strength and technique through disciplined, repetitive practice.
Here, I am demonstrating a practical application of the Shaolin Qi Xing Quan form. We break down the sequence step by step, focusing on blocking, striking, and takedowns for real-world self-defense.
This is from the first lesson of my online boxing series. I teach the fundamentals of the jab, including correct stance, guard, and the 'in-out' footwork essential for balance and movement.

A student practices a takedown drill. We focus on using an opponent's momentum against them. This is a key principle in practical, close-quarters self-defense.
Proper form is critical, even in strength training. Here, I am supervising a student during a weighted exercise to ensure her posture is correct and she builds strength safely.

About Featured
We do not do 'fancy' here. Every session is about breaking down basic movements—the jab, the guard, the footwork—until your body reacts without you needing to think. Whether you are learning Shaolin forms, Sanda, or boxing combinations, we drill until the technique is ingrained in your muscle memory.
Martial arts is not about looking good; it is about skill. At my school in Shahpur Jat, I teach using the same principles I soaked in at the Shaolin Temple in Songshan. My approach is simple: repetition is the mother of all skill.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced fighter, you will learn the same way. We start with the basics. If you are learning boxing, we don't just throw punches; we fix your stance, your guard, and your weight distribution. 'Chin down. Look up.' These instructions are constant because the small details determine whether a technique works in a real-world self-defense situation or fails.
We bridge traditions from China to the Philippines. You will find elements of Sanda (Chinese Kickboxing), Western boxing, and Dacayana Eskrima (stick fighting). This is not theory. This is practical application. We train for reaction time, balance, and the mental focus required to remain calm under pressure.
'Zindagi jeenay kay liye hai'—life is for living. Training with me requires discipline, but it is meant to make you capable and confident in your daily life. We hold the vision, and we trust the process. Come ready to work.
