Practical Self-Defense and Combat Training

This is not a dance. This is practical combat training. Here, my student demonstrates a swift jump kick and takedown. On the street, there are no rules.

About this collection
You won't find soft, theory-based lessons here. Everything I teach focuses on the reality of a street situation, whether it is live sparring to understand timing or learning how to defend against a lathi. If you want to build genuine strength and reaction speed, you have to be ready to get your hands dirty in every single session.
No Shortcuts, Only Results
At Shane Thaitan Kung-Fu Academy, we believe boards do not hit back. If you are looking for fancy moves that look good on camera but fail on the street, this is not the place for you. My training in Wazirabad is built on the philosophy of practical application. We train to survive.
What You Will Learn
- Street-Ready Striking: We focus on fundamental punches like the jab, cross, and hook, ensuring your conditioning supports the force you need.
- Weapon Defense: You will learn how to handle, and defend against, weapons like the lathi and nunchaku. Knowing how to react when faced with a threat is the difference between safety and injury.
- Live Sparring: Theory is useless until you test it. We drill timing, distance, and the ability to take a punch in live sparring sessions. This prepares you for the chaos of real-world scenarios.
- Conditioning: A fighter's body is their primary weapon. Expect calisthenics, running, and heavy conditioning. We train outdoors and indoors to ensure you are comfortable in any environment.
