My Journey, Media, and Fighting Philosophy
A look at my life in the octagon, media appearances, and the philosophy behind how we train at BFC Bodyforce.
A full look at how I integrate traditional martial arts with modern fighting. From the discipline of tying the sash to Silambam drills and boxing, this is my complete approach to combat.
As one of the first veterans to represent India in professional MMA, I share my unfiltered story. This video includes clips from my fights and a podcast where I discuss my journey and philosophy.
It was a pleasure to host actors Dhananjay and Nagabhushana at the gym. We welcome anyone with a passion for fitness and a desire to learn.
A creative edit showing the fighter's spirit. This is about facing yourself, your limits, and pushing past them every day.
Outside the gym and the ring. A smile from the heart.

About Additional Work & Media
People often ask why I share my media clips and training philosophy. It is not for fame. It is so you can see exactly how I operate before you walk into the gym. When you watch these videos, you are seeing the same raw, no-nonsense coaching method I use on the mat, whether I am teaching a professional fighter or a student who just walked in for their first day.
I do not believe in sugarcoating the fight game. When actors like Dhananjay or Nagabhushana visit my gym, they do not come for a photoshoot. They come to put in the work. That is the only standard I accept at BFC Bodyforce.
My path from the streets of Kerala to the international octagon was not paved with easy wins. It was built on the discipline of Kalaripayattu and the reality of fighting in the cage. When I discuss my career on podcasts or in media appearances, I am usually calling out the politics that hold back genuine talent. I have seen how the system works, and I have chosen a different way.
My gym is a space for those who want to get better, not those who want to look good. We train in an industrial setting, not a luxury fitness club. There is no air conditioning, and there are no shortcuts. We focus on the basics of MMA, the footwork of Silambam, and the conditioning that keeps you in the fight. If you are here to learn the craft of combat, my doors are open. If you are here for comfort, you will not find it here.
