Muay Thai Conditioning and Drills in Ejipura
Build the endurance, power, and resilience of a fighter. These sessions focus on the authentic drills required to turn you into a warrior.
The training starts long before the sun rises. Early morning roadwork is essential for building endurance and mental toughness. This discipline is what separates a student from a warrior.
A fighter's body must be forged through relentless work. Our conditioning includes explosive plyometric drills like tire jumps and bodyweight exercises to build the power and stamina needed to dominate in the ring.
Pad work is where we sharpen our weapons. This is not just about hitting hard, it is about finding rhythm, practicing combinations, and training the body to react instantly. We drill until the movements become second nature.
Every day, we return to the fundamentals. This video shows my students practicing essential footwork and pad drills. Mastery is achieved through the consistent repetition of the basics.
About The Grind: Conditioning and Drills
Our facility in Ejipura isn't about fancy gym equipment. We use tractor tires and early morning roadwork because that is what builds the functional fight stamina you actually need. You will be training in a small cohort of 8-12 students, allowing me to personally correct your mechanics and ensure your technique is solid before you ever step into a spar.
I teach the Amarit lineage, which demands more than just sweat. It requires understanding the precise mechanics of the nine limbs. We do not do play-fighting here; we perform technical sparring with full protective gear to prepare you for the reality of a bout.
Whether you are working on clinch dumps or perfecting counters like Paksa Waek Rang, the focus is always on functional power. You learn to handle nerves by putting yourself in challenging, uncomfortable situations under my direct watch. We start with the basics—footwork and rhythm—and move toward professional-level conditioning. This program is for those who are ready to stop talking about martial arts and start living the discipline of a fighter.
