Build Fight-Ready Strength and Explosive Power

We don't do treadmills. Our conditioning program is built for fighters who need endurance, power, and the mental grit to dominate in the ring.

Our conditioning workouts are tough and effective. This montage shows members doing push-ups, tire flips, and kettlebell swings to build the functional strength required for combat sports.

From barbell lifts to heavy bag work, our training sessions are designed to build well-rounded athletes. We integrate strength training directly into our combat sports curriculum.

A look at our group conditioning class. Members perform dumbbell squats and planks, building core strength and leg power which are crucial for every martial art.

Form is everything. We teach proper lifting technique, like the deadlift shown here, to build foundational strength safely and effectively, preventing injury and maximizing power.

Building upper body and grip strength is non-negotiable. This fighter is using the monkey bars, a classic and effective tool for developing the pulling power needed for grappling and clinch work.

This is the grind. Our circuit training involves everything from bag work and jump ropes to bodyweight exercises, keeping the heart rate high and building fight-ready cardio.

A snapshot of a typical training session, combining pad work with strength exercises like dumbbell squats and overhead presses for a complete workout.

About this collection

Forget air-conditioned treadmills. Here, the floor is matted, the fans are industrial, and the workouts are designed for one thing: fight-ready endurance. Whether you're lifting tires or grinding through high-intensity circuits, every movement is purposeful. You’re here to build the explosive power and stamina that makes you dangerous in the ring, not just look good on a scale.

Train Like a Fighter

At Iron Fist, we treat strength and conditioning as a combat discipline. You won't find machines that isolate one muscle; you will find tools that demand total-body engagement. We use sledgehammers, tires, battle ropes, and kettlebells to forge functional strength that translates directly into your punching power and grappling endurance.

The Warehouse Environment

Our Hebbal and Kodigehalli facilities are built for work, not comfort. The atmosphere is raw and focused. When you step onto the mats, you are part of a community. Beginners train alongside experienced competitors, pushing each other through the same 'weed-out' warm-ups and high-intensity circuits.

How We Build You

  1. Explosive Power: We move heavy weights with speed. Think deadlifts and squats, but performed with the intensity of a championship fight preparation.
  2. Functional Grit: You will learn to move under fatigue. Our circuit training forces you to keep your guard up and your technique sharp, even when your lungs are burning.
  3. Injury Prevention: We teach correct form from day one. You cannot fight if you are broken, so we prioritize movement quality before we add intensity.

Whether you are aiming for a pro MMA debut or just want to get in the best shape of your life, the process remains the same: show up, put the work in, and get back up when you fail.
