These sessions focus on building muscle definition and core stability. Whether we are sculpting glutes or toning arms, expect precision work that leaves you feeling strong.

We never skip leg day in Pilates. Strong glutes and legs support better posture and a stronger core, giving you more power in every move.

Here are three of our favorite reformer exercises to tone and power up your legs. This clip shows a classic squat on the reformer.

The scooter exercise is fantastic for targeting the glutes and hamstrings while also challenging your stability and core control.

Side splits on the reformer are an amazing way to work the inner and outer thighs while improving hip mobility and flexibility.

This single-leg workout is designed to build stronger glutes, quads, and hamstrings, helping to correct muscular imbalances.

This lunge variation on the reformer is highly effective for stretching the hip flexors while simultaneously strengthening the glutes.

It's all about posture. This lunge with a ball adds an extra challenge for balance and core engagement, perfecting your form.

Stronger hands, better control. This triceps press on the reformer helps build upper body strength and improves your grip.

The "Hug a Tree" exercise is excellent for sculpting the shoulders and chest while engaging the core to maintain stability.

A shoulder press on the reformer isolates the shoulder muscles, building strength and definition with controlled movement.

About Sculpt & Tone: Targeted Workouts

We do not just mindlessly lift weights here. In our Sculpt & Tone sessions, we use the reformer’s spring resistance to safely fatigue specific muscle groups, which is the secret to seeing the definition you are after.

Reformer Pilates differs from traditional strength training because of time under tension. When we isolate muscles like the glutes, triceps, or obliques, the reformer springs provide consistent resistance throughout the entire range of motion. This is the mechanism that helps build definition without the high impact on joints found in typical gym training.

In our Sculpt & Tone classes, we are not just moving to move. We focus on specific muscle engagement. If we are working the arms, we use the magic circle or dumbbells to challenge the shoulders and triceps, ensuring you feel that deep burn we like to call the gudgudahat. For lower body days, we use the jumpboard or reformer carriage pushes to target the quads and hamstrings, correcting the muscular imbalances that often come from a desk-bound lifestyle.

Our Andheri West studio is equipped with reformers, towers, and daily props to keep your body guessing. You will not find us doing the same sequence every day. We rotate themes to ensure your muscles are constantly challenged in new ways. Whether you are a total beginner or have been practicing for years, the beauty of the reformer is how we can modify the spring resistance to match your current strength level. You start where you are, and we help you progress from yellow to blue or red springs as you get stronger. This approach also helps with posture. By strengthening the posterior chain and core simultaneously, you stand taller and move with more ease in your daily life. It is about steady, mindful growth.
