This is my caramelised oyster mushroom burger, a favourite even among meat lovers. The patty is spiced with a desi mix of coriander and jeera for that deep, umami flavour that makes it a truly satisfying gourmet burger experience.

This is my signature Curly Sue Pulled Pork, the heart of so many of my dishes. I slow cook it for eight hours with spices from my family's estate in Coorg until it's perfectly tender and full of flavour.

Here are a few slices of my weekend special, the BBQ Pulled Pork pizza. It’s a perfect combination of my eight hour cooked pork, fresh mozzarella, caramelised onions, and peppers on a delicious crust.

I don't believe in shortcuts in the kitchen. My signature pulled pork starts with a low and slow eight-hour cook, allowing the spices from our family estate in Coorg to truly settle into the meat. It is not fast food; it is patient, thoughtful cooking that keeps the flavour deep and the texture tender, whether you are ordering a hot meal or building it yourself from one of our DIY kits.
At Curly Sue, our food is an ode to Coorg. My husband Uttam and I combine his family’s deep-rooted hospitality background with my own love for the science of flavours. Because our spices and herbs come straight from our Uttam Sagar Estate by the Kaveri, we don't need shortcuts or chemicals to make our food stand out.
