This is my Naga-style smoked pork, prepared with the skin and fat on, just like back home. I source it directly from Nagaland, and it arrives ready for your own curries and stews.
My ready-to-eat braised pork trotters, slow-cooked until tender in a rich, flavorful gravy. This is a classic Northeast comfort food, full of deep, authentic taste.
For the adventurous eater, I sometimes get rare ingredients like these hornet larvae. They are a true delicacy in Naga cuisine and are perfect for traditional preparations.
A close look at my smoked and glazed pork ribs. Each piece is cooked to be tender with a charred, flavorful exterior, then garnished with sesame.
These are whole smoked fish, a key ingredient for making flavorful broths and chutneys. They are preserved using traditional methods to lock in a deep, smoky taste.
I also offer a special beef curry, cooked with a thick, spicy gravy and fresh herbs. It's a rich and hearty meal, different from my pork dishes but just as authentic.
My pork momos are pan-fried until the bottom is crisp and the filling is juicy. They are served hot and are a popular choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
I sell authentic Manipuri fermented fish paste, or ngari. This is the real thing, essential for giving many Northeast dishes their unique and pungent flavor profile.

Most of our smoked pork is prepared using traditional wood-fire techniques, not liquid smoke. If you buy our 1kg raw packs, be aware they are shelf-stable but require soaking and pressure cooking to soften the skin and meat before you cook your curry. Our ready-to-eat curries are equally uncompromising, and we use Raja Mircha, so expect a high heat level in every portion.
Real Ingredients, Real Process
Finding actual Naga and Manipuri ingredients in Bangalore is difficult. We started this to bridge that gap. We do not use shortcuts, and we do not modify our recipes to suit local commercial tastes. When you order from us, you get the food we eat at home.
Our Specialties
- Smoked Pork: We offer both ready-to-eat curry portions and raw 1kg packs for home cooking. Our pork features skin and fat, smoked properly over wood fire to maintain the traditional texture and aroma.
- Fermented & Dried Goods: We stock essential pantry items including genuine Manipuri fermented fish paste (ngari), small dried fish, and dried shrimp. These are the foundation of authentic Northeast stews and chutneys.
- Daily Curries: Our menu rotates to include homestyle beef curry, seasonal river fish, and occasional delicacies like snails or hornet larvae when suppliers have them available.
Delivery & Logistics
We operate out of Ejipura and serve within a 3km radius covering Koramangala. Since many of our items are sourced in small, fresh batches or involve long smoking times, availability changes. We recommend checking with us before ordering to confirm what is currently ready.
