I'm Radhika, and at Curly Sue Pork, burgers aren’t just fast food. I slow-cook everything, use spices straight from our family estate in Coorg, and put a lot of heart into every bite. The flavours are a mix of classic and local - you’ll taste the difference.
You can grab a meal at one of our Bangalore pop-ups, or go for our DIY burger meal kit if you want to build your own at home. No running around for ingredients, I pack everything - buns, cheese, fixings, even chips for the side.
From slow-cooked pulled pork burger to classic beef, chicken, and veggie patties, there’s something for everyone. Our mushroom patty is a favourite, spiced with a proper desi tadka (Indian touch) - coriander and jeera for that umami hit. Vegan and mockmeat options too.
The Signature Pulled Pork Burger is what folks keep coming back for. Pork’s cooked for 8 hours, topped with BBQ reduction, caramelised onions and coleslaw. I also do pork meatloaf and chilly pork 'touchings' (snack bites with drinks) on the side.
I don’t do boring or basic. The kits are ideal for family burger night kit or just when you want a gourmet burger without leaving your home. Always something new at every event, and I keep the menu fresh.

My Story
My Work
Artisanal Pork & Veg/Vegan Dishes - We do pork: Kodava Pandi Curry, Kerala Pork Ularthiyathu, pulled pork, vindaloo, meatloaf, chili. Plus pickles, bacon jam, sausages, DIY burger kits, and estate produce.
Slow Cooking, Big Flavour - We let our food simmer for hours. It’s not fast food, it’s patient, full-flavour food.
Estate Grown Goodness - Herbs and hand-pounded spices come straight from our Coorg estate. No chemicals, just pure, natural stuff.
Veg/Vegan That Hits Different - Love kummu (mushrooms) as much as pork! Try our caramelised oyster mushroom burger or BBQ pulled mushroom.
