Yoga is rarely about touching your toes or holding a headstand on the first try. Sometimes, it is just about showing up, even when your body feels stiff or your mind is noisy. Join me in a practice that honors where you are today.

I also offer daily online yoga classes for those who want to build a consistent practice from home. These sessions are for beginner to intermediate levels, focusing on deepening your asana and pranayama.

A seated forward fold (Paschimottanasana) on a day when my body felt tight. It's a reminder that wellness isn't always a high power workout; sometimes gentle movement is what we need.

A powerful reminder that self care is your own responsibility. Setting boundaries, getting sleep, and moving your body are all acts of self love.

The journey inward is the most important one. You cannot build deep connections with others if you are disconnected from yourself. Yoga is a tool to foster that inner connection.

A compilation of what a week of practice can look like. It's a mix of inversions, stretching with props, and basic flows. The key is consistency and just showing up.

About The Journey on the Mat

You do not need a perfectly flexible body or an hour of silence to start. In my online classes, which run Monday through Friday at 7:00 AM, we focus on moving with your breath rather than performing for a camera. If you have been waiting for the 'perfect' time to start your practice, this is your sign to let that expectation go.
