What To Know Before You Join
Some poses aren’t for everyone right now - like if you have neck, heart, or eye conditions, migraines, or are on your period, best to skip the inversions. Always listen to your body. Come on an empty stomach, wear comfy clothes, and show up a little early so you can settle in. I’ll handle the rest.

My Story
Hey, I’m Taari, folks call me ‘curlyogagirl’ and yeah, yoga’s my jam. Wasn’t born flexible, trust me. For us women, so much is kept hush-hush, especially about our bodies. Yoga made me question all that nonsense. When I got into pre and postnatal yoga, it hit different – helping women own their stories, not just follow old rules. I want families built on their own values, not ‘Pita ji decides, Ma cooks’. Oh, and if music’s on, you’ll probably catch me dancing somewhere.
