Going upside down is a journey of patience and mechanics. In these workshops, I help you find your balance, break down anatomy, and conquer your fear with step-by-step guidance.

My headstand workshops are a popular offering, designed for those ready to find their balance. The session covers anatomy, weight distribution, and techniques to practice inversions safely at home.

Using a wall is a fantastic way to build confidence in inversions. Here, I'm providing support to a student, helping her find the correct alignment and stability in a wall assisted headstand.

The mirror in a studio is a great tool for self correction. You can see the group dynamic here, with each person on their own journey while sharing the collective energy of the workshop.

About Headstand & Inversion Workshops

My inversion workshops aren't about brute strength, but mechanics. We spend time on shoulder stability and core engagement before we even think about going up. I keep the group size to just 15, so you get hands-on spotting. I'm right there to catch you, so you can stop worrying about falling and start feeling the pose.
