Going upside down is a journey of patience and mechanics. In these workshops, I help you find your balance, break down anatomy, and conquer your fear with step-by-step guidance.

My headstand workshops are a popular offering, designed for those ready to find their balance. The session covers anatomy, weight distribution, and techniques to practice inversions safely at home.

Using a wall is a fantastic way to build confidence in inversions. Here, I'm providing support to a student, helping her find the correct alignment and stability in a wall assisted headstand.

The mirror in a studio is a great tool for self correction. You can see the group dynamic here, with each person on their own journey while sharing the collective energy of the workshop.

My focus is always on the student. Providing a steadying hand and verbal cues helps create a sense of safety, which is essential when you're learning to trust your body in a new way.

This is a short clip of my personal headstand practice, playing with different leg variations. Once you build a strong foundation, you can start to explore and find more freedom in the pose.

A twisted inversion adds another layer of challenge, requiring deep core strength and balance. This is a variation of Parsva Sirsasana, a great way to play with your limits.

About this collection

My inversion workshops aren't about brute strength, but mechanics. We spend time on shoulder stability and core engagement before we even think about going up. I keep the group size to just 15, so you get hands-on spotting. I'm right there to catch you, so you can stop worrying about falling and start feeling the pose.

Building Your Inversion Practice

Many of us look at a headstand (Sirsasana) or an arm balance and think it is impossible. The truth is, it is usually just a fear of falling and a lack of understanding of how your body moves. I break down the anatomy of each pose, from the cervical spine mechanics to how you distribute your weight across your forearms, so you can practice with confidence.

What to Expect in the Session

Each workshop runs for 90 minutes. We start with a somatic warm-up to prepare your wrists, neck, and shoulders. We use props like walls, blocks, and chairs to simulate the weight-bearing experience safely. Even if you are not holding a full headstand by the end, you will leave with the exact drills you need to practice at home.

Is This Right for You?

If you have a neck, shoulder, or heart condition, or are currently on your period, please skip inversions. This workshop is for those ready to move past the basics and understand the 'why' behind the pose. If you have been struggling to get your legs up or feel wobbly when you do, this session is designed to fix that.

A Quick Note on Safety

I provide physical spotting for every student. My goal is to ensure you feel secure while you explore your range of motion. We keep the batch size small at 15 to ensure I have time to support each person individually, answer your questions about injuries, and help you find your center of gravity.

I started my own yoga journey five years ago with injuries in tow, so I know exactly how intimidating a headstand looks. My classes aren't about rigid perfection; they're about teaching your body to trust its own mechanics. I’m here to spot you, guide you, and remind you that every stiff day is just part of the process.
