About Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
My Approach
Motherhood is a wild ride - nothing like the movies. I see it as a whole journey, not just a bunch of yoga poses. You’ll get the ups, the downs, and all the random fears and joys in between. My role is to help you feel strong, connected, and real as your body changes. I’m not here to promise perfect zen - I’m here to help you show up for yourself, even on stiff days.
What’s Inside the Yoga Program
I don’t believe in “jab baby aayega, dekhenge” (let’s wait till the baby arrives). We start way before that - even if you’re just thinking about getting pregnant. The flow isn’t one-size-fits-all. Here’s how I break it down:
- Pre-conception sessions to prep your mind and body
- Trimester specific prenatal yoga for each stage (your practice shifts as your bump grows)
- Labour room yoga techniques to prep for delivery, not just theory
- Postnatal body recovery yoga for healing and finding your groove again
How We Practice
My classes mix up movement, breath, and old-school wisdom:
- Asanas for pelvic floor, strength, and support
- Pranayama and mantra chanting to chill your mind
- Garbha sanskar practices to bond with baby in the womb
- Space for all your emotions, not just the happy ones
Real Talk
I’m your guide, but you’re the boss of your own body. This isn’t about being perfect - it’s about showing up, doing the work, and trusting your journey.

My Story
Hey, I’m Taari, folks call me ‘curlyogagirl’ and yeah, yoga’s my jam. Wasn’t born flexible, trust me. For us women, so much is kept hush-hush, especially about our bodies. Yoga made me question all that nonsense. When I got into pre and postnatal yoga, it hit different – helping women own their stories, not just follow old rules. I want families built on their own values, not ‘Pita ji decides, Ma cooks’. Oh, and if music’s on, you’ll probably catch me dancing somewhere.
