I break down the mechanics of poses like headstands (Sirsasana), focusing on core engagement, shoulder stability, and proper alignment to build your confidence step by step. This is a safe and supportive space to challenge yourself, whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your practice.

Yoga for Deep Relaxation

If your mind feels cluttered or your body is holding onto stress, this is the space for you to let go. My primary offering here is Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that brings you to a state between wakefulness and sleep for ultimate rest. These sessions require no physical effort, just a willingness to lie down, listen, and allow your nervous system to reset.

Acro Yoga: Play & Partnership

Acro Yoga combines the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the kindness of healing arts. These sessions are about building connection, trust, and having fun with a partner. We learn to support each other, communicate without words, and explore movement in a playful, community setting.
