1-on-1 Online Yoga Practice for Your Body

A glimpse into a private online session. Here, my student moves into Malasana, or a yogi squat. It's been my pleasure to guide her for over four years, all online, and watch her body open up on the mat.
This is a student in a private session working on Paschimottanasana, the seated forward fold. It's a powerful pose for calming the mind. Guiding students online allows them to find their own limits and awareness in their personal space.
Here, a student practices an inversion during our one-on-one class. It's a beautiful example of discipline and trust. We've never met in person, but it's a wonderful feeling to guide her practice and see her progress.
About this collection
We use Zoom to create a real-time feedback loop where I observe your alignment and offer verbal adjustments exactly when you need them. Whether we are navigating a specific injury, working on prenatal comfort, or finally mastering that headstand, you get my undivided attention to ensure you are moving safely and effectively.
Why go private?
In a group class, you are often limited by the teacher's pace. In our private sessions, the pace is set entirely by your energy levels and specific requirements. It is just you and me on the mat, creating a safe space to explore what your body truly needs.
What we focus on
- Prenatal & Postnatal Care: Safely navigating the physical and emotional changes during and after pregnancy. We focus on breath, pelvic health, and listening to your body's instincts.
- Injury Management: Rebuilding strength and mobility after an injury without the pressure of a fast-paced class. We move slowly to protect your joints.
- Advanced Progressions: If you have been practicing for a while, we break down complex inversions and arm balances into safe, manageable steps.
Beyond the mat
This is not just a workout. We discuss your sleep, your stress levels, and your off-mat struggles to understand what is blocking your progress. My goal is to equip you with independent drills that you can use on your own, helping you build a sustainable, lifelong relationship with your practice. You will walk away feeling more in tune with your own rhythm, not just tired from a workout.
