Yoga for Mind and Soul: A Guided Journey

Yoga is more than physical postures; it's a way to reconnect with yourself and find calm in the chaos. Join me in moving slowly to understand your body's needs.

Self-love is about taking responsibility for your own happiness. It's about setting boundaries, managing stress, and prioritizing your mental health. This is the hardest kind of love, but it's essential for your inner well-being.

A deep connection with others starts with a deep connection to yourself. It takes courage to be intimate with your own heart, to know your fears, and to chase your dreams without losing sight of who you want to be.

Our bodies are not designed to live in constant survival mode. The first thing you'll notice from a regular yoga practice is a sense of relaxation. This relaxed state defogs the mind and brings you a little closer to your inner self.

About this collection

We aren't here to hit fitness benchmarks or force your body into shapes it hates. In our online sessions, we use Somatic Hatha yoga to check in with your nervous system, prioritizing how a pose feels over how it looks. This is why my students find they can actually show up and practice, even on the days they feel the most stiff or overwhelmed.

Think of this as a space where you come home to your own body. If you're tired of gym routines that feel like just another task on your to-do list, this is different.

My classes are hosted live on Zoom, which might sound impersonal, but it's actually quite the opposite. Because I keep my batches small, I am able to provide real-time form correction and verbal adjustments. We work on Somatic Hatha, which means we move with intention, focusing on the breath and how your muscles are actually responding, rather than trying to look like a stock photo.

What we focus on

  • Breathwork (Pranayama): This is non-negotiable. It’s the fastest way to signal your nervous system that you are safe and it's okay to let go of the day's stress.
  • Listening to the body: If your hips are tight or your back hurts, we modify. You will learn to use household props like chairs or walls to support your practice, so you aren't fighting your own anatomy.
  • Mental clarity: We end every session with relaxation and meditation. You leave feeling lighter, not drained.

Whether you are a total beginner or just need a change of pace, you don't need fancy gear or a perfect setup. You just need to show up as you are. We focus on the 'inner work'—shedding the roles we play for others and finally centering on your own compass.
