We teach the "art of eight limbs" through Muay Thai and the sweet science of boxing. You will learn to use your hands, feet, knees, and elbows for effective self-defense and competition. Our training focuses on building a strong foundation with proper technique, footwork, and practical drills, not just memorizing moves.
The Gentle Art: BJJ & Wrestling
Learn the ground game with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (in both Gi and No-Gi formats) and wrestling. We focus on teaching leverage, control, takedowns, and submissions. Our classes are designed for everyone, showing you how technique and strategy can overcome size and strength in a real-world situation.
