About Forged in the Cage: Our Fighters

Getting ready for a fight is not just about punching harder. It is about 'Fight Camp,' a disciplined phase where we break down your opponent's tendencies and build a game plan around your strengths. You will be sparring with intent, running drills that simulate real cage pressure, and learning to manage your nerves when the bell rings. It is a total shift from general training to a mission-specific mindset.
