About Grappling & Jiu-Jitsu Sessions
Grappling is not about looking cool, it is about tactical control. We focus on the high-percentage moves, like guard retention and passing, rather than flashy techniques that do not work in a real fight. You will be uncomfortable here, and you will learn to think clearly while you are exhausted. That is the only way to build real fight IQ.
Why Grappling is Non-Negotiable
If you want to fight, you must be comfortable on the ground. Most amateur fights end up in a scramble or a clinch, and if you do not know how to navigate that, you are lost. We do not just teach moves, we teach the 'why' behind every grip and posture.
Our Methodology
- Guard Retention & Passing: This is 80% of your game. If your guard is weak, everything else fails. We drill this until it is instinct.
- Submission Chains: We do not just hunt for one armbar. You learn to chain a d'arce into a leg lock or transition from a sweep to a back take.
- Pressure Testing: Technique is useless if you cannot hit it under pressure. Our live rounds are where you test your mettle against partners who are genuinely trying to stop you.
