Expert Combat Seminars and Workshops
We don't believe in staying in a bubble. To truly grow, you need to step out of your comfort zone, get uncomfortable, and learn from those who have been at the top of the game.
It was an honor to have Commonwealth gold medalist and Asian champion Rahul Maan ji train with our team. We are grateful for his guidance and insights.
Seminar alert. We are always looking to learn and are excited to host BJJ Black Belt and wrestling coach Justin Hourn to work with our team.
About Visiting Experts & Seminars
You get comfortable training with the same partners every day, and that is where your progress hits a wall. That is why we host these seminars. It is not about watching a demo; it is about having an elite fighter or coach watch you move and point out the bad habits you did not even know you had. A fresh pair of eyes can fix a technical error in five minutes that you have been struggling with for months.
In combat sports, if you stop evolving, you stop growing. We bring in international black belts, Commonwealth champions, and elite coaches not for the photo, but for the work. Whether it is a deep dive into Gi-less grappling, cage wrestling, or high-level BJJ techniques, these sessions are designed to break your current game down so you can build it back up stronger.
Why We Host Seminars
- Unbiased Feedback: Your regular coaches know your game inside out. An outsider sees your movement with fresh eyes and will spot the gaps you have been ignoring.
- Elite Perspectives: We have hosted athletes like Commonwealth Gold medalist Rahul Maan and international BJJ Black Belt Justin Hourn. These are people who have battle-tested their techniques at the highest levels. They do not teach theory; they teach what works in a real fight.
- High-Intensity Focus: Unlike our daily classes, which cover broad fundamentals, these seminars are laser-focused. We pick one specific area—like leg locks or wall-wrestling—and we drill it until it sticks.
What to Expect
These sessions are long, usually 2 to 3 hours of focused intensity. There is less cardio-heavy drilling and more focus on the 'why' behind the movement. You will leave with a notebook full of details and tired muscles. If you are serious about your development in MMA, BJJ, or Wrestling, you cannot afford to skip these opportunities.
