Elegant Buttercream and Floral Cakes
I turn cakes into canvases using rich, less-sweet buttercream and hand-piped floral designs. Each piece is crafted to make your celebration feel genuinely personal and full of flavour.
I was so happy with how the buttercream flowers turned out on this cake. This half-kg Biscoff cake features a cascade of hand-piped white and green flowers against a soft green background.
This white-on-white drip cake is a classic design that lets the sunflowers be the star. This half-kg Pineapple cake is perfect for a cheerful and elegant celebration.
Another take on my popular sunflower design, this time as a 1 kg two-tier cake. This Chocolate Hazelnut cake features a yellow drip and is decorated with sunflowers and chocolate bubble wrap shards.
A rich and decadent take on the sunflower theme. This half-kg Intense Dark Chocolate Truffle cake is finished with chocolate buttercream and decorated with bright yellow sugar sunflowers.

This yellow ombre cake with fresh chrysanthemums is one of my most popular designs on Pinterest. It's a half-kg cake with my Fresh Mango flavor, perfect for a sunny celebration.
This tall 2 kg Chocolate Truffle cake was inspired by another artist, and I gave it my own touch with hand-sculpted buttercream flowers. The abstract, textured design is both modern and artistic.
About this collection
I avoid heavy fondant wherever I can, opting instead for detailed, hand-piped buttercream flowers and rustic textures. This keeps your cake lighter and lets the actual flavour, like my popular Rasmalai or Fresh Mango, truly shine through. If you have a specific floral arrangement or colour theme in mind, let me know, and I will sketch out a design that matches your vibe perfectly.
My Approach to Buttercream Artistry
I believe buttercream is the perfect canvas for a cake. Because I use a less-sweet recipe, the flavours really stand out instead of being masked by sugar. I love taking your inspiration, whether it's a specific flower type, a colour palette, or a mood, and translating it into edible art.
Why Buttercream?
- Less Fondant, More Flavour: I use fondant only when necessary. My preference is to use buttercream ruffles, textures, and piped flowers to create depth and beauty. This makes the cake feel fresher and less 'packaged'.
- Hand-Piped Details: From sunflower cascades to delicate lilac or white floral wreaths, every petal you see is piped by hand. It takes time, but it adds a warmth and character that you just cannot get with mass-produced decorations.
- Freshness & Quality: Since I operate as a home bakery in Whitefield, I bake everything fresh for your specific order. This includes my seasonal fruit flavours, which are a fan favourite when fresh mango or strawberries are in season.
How We Can Collaborate
If you have a reference image or a sketch, share it with me. I often adapt designs to suit my style, adding my own twist to make sure the cake feels like yours. Whether it is a small half-kg cake for a quiet birthday or a multi-tier structure for an engagement, we can discuss the floral density and the flavour pairings that will make your day special.
