These aren't mass-produced factory desserts. Every tub, including my 6-layer Dream Cake, is built with real couverture chocolate and fresh cream in small batches, which means I only make what I can perfect. When I decided to move from the operating theatre to the kitchen, I knew one thing: I wasn't going to cut corners. These dessert jars and tubs are the result of that commitment.
