You won't find any synthetic creams or fondant sculptures here. Whether I am whipping up a classic German Black Forest or a vibrant seasonal fruit cake, I focus on real butter, fresh dairy, and high-quality chocolate. I believe a cake should taste as good as it looks, so I keep the decorations simple, elegant, and edible, with no plastic toppers or flavorless icing.
When I left the operating room to start CookieDust, I brought my surgeon’s precision to the kitchen. Every cake that comes out of my oven is a result of trial and error, ensuring the moisture and sweetness are just right.
What I Bake

My Philosophy
I do not do fondant. I find it takes away from the actual taste of the dessert. My decorations are natural, using fresh fruits, piped cream, and quality chocolate. If you are looking for a cake that is all heart, authentic flavor, and zero fake additives, let us talk.
