Do I need to be a pro to join? Not at all. We train everyone from total beginners to experienced athletes. My job is to meet you exactly where you are and progress from there.
What if I cannot make it to the studio? We run robust online personal training sessions. You get the same real-time feedback on your form and diet guidance as our in-studio members.
Is there a focus on diet? Absolutely. We believe gym work and kitchen work go hand-in-hand. We provide nutrition guidance based on Indian home food, so you can reach your goals without giving up the meals you enjoy.
