Hardcore Group Strength Training
Real change happens when you push together. Our group sessions strip away the ego and focus on raw, functional strength using everything from kettlebells to tractor tires.
This is our Tuesday legs finisher workout session. After a tough leg workout, we finish with high-rep bodyweight squats and lunges to completely exhaust the muscles. You can see the members pushing through the pain to the very end.
For us, leg day is hell day. It's where you find out what you are truly made of. This session shows our members going through a grueling series of bodyweight squats, pushing past their limits together.
If you want 3D shoulders, you have to try this routine. This video demonstrates a shoulder workout using lateral raises with a focus on high reps to give you an incredible pump and build size. The trainer is ensuring proper form.
This is what sets us apart. We focus on original and effective workout combinations. Here, members are performing dumbbell floor presses and bench presses, building chest and shoulder strength in a group setting.
An arms blasting finisher session is the perfect way to end an upper body workout. Our members are doing bicep curls with dumbbells and barbells, focusing on form and intensity to build serious muscle.
An "easy" leg day at Trinity, which is never actually easy. The session ends with members exhausted on the floor after a tough series of squats and other leg exercises. This is the sign of progress.
Hustle for that muscle. This leg day session is all about action, with members performing jump squats and other explosive movements. The final shot of everyone resting on the floor shows how much effort was put in.
A strong core is the foundation of all strength. This session focuses on abdominal and core exercises, with members performing various crunches and leg raises on their mats. We build our bodies from the inside out.
This is an example of our high-rep strength training. Two of our members are performing goblet squats with 57.5 kg for 35 and 40 reps. This method builds both muscular endurance and raw strength.
A glimpse into our shoulder day. Members are performing front dumbbell raises and other shoulder exercises in a coordinated group. Training together helps everyone stay motivated and push for that extra rep.
About Strength in Numbers: Group Training
These sessions are not about following a screen in a fancy, climate-controlled studio. We use heavy, industrial equipment like tractor tires, sledgehammers, and barbells to build functional power. If you are looking for an easy workout, this is not it. You will be sweating on rubber mats, spotting each other, and pushing past your physical limits until you find real, tangible strength.
In our group strength sessions, we do not believe in vanity workouts. We train for function and power. Whether you are lifting heavy with barbells or using kettlebells for endurance, every movement is designed to strip away your excuses. Our facility in Noida Sector 22 is built for serious effort. You will not find central AC here, just wall-mounted fans and the collective heat of people working hard. We have dedicated rubberized zones for shock absorption and enough heavy-duty gear to keep your routine unpredictable.
Why Group Strength Works When you see the person next to you hitting another set, you do not quit. That is the environment we cultivate. It is not just about sharing space; it is about shared intensity. We have members here for HIIT, others for heavy lifting, but the commitment to the 'kasht' (hardship) is universal.
What You Can Expect
- No Shortcuts: If you are skipping leg day or dodging the heavy sets, you will be called out.
- Real Equipment: We utilize tractor tires, sledgehammers, battle ropes, and standard free weights.
- Raw Atmosphere: High-volume music and a space where nobody cares how you look, only how you lift.
- Active Coaching: We do not sacrifice form for weight. Spotting and technique checks are part of our culture.
If you are serious about transforming your physique, stop looking for comfort. Come join the team and see what you are capable of.
