About this collection
Don't just show up and run on a treadmill for an hour. In these group sessions, we use functional movements and crossfit-inspired routines to build real strength, not just sweat. Whether it is wall sits or snatches, the goal is form first—I personally ensure every member corrects their posture to avoid injury before we turn up the intensity.
Fitness shouldn't feel like a lonely chore. Many people quit because they lose motivation, or worse, they get injured by doing exercises they don't understand. In my group training sessions here in Sahibabad, the focus is twofold: community energy and scientific execution.
We don't just do generic cardio. We integrate functional movements like snatches, lunges, and bodyweight crossfit circuits that mimic real-life activity. The environment is high-intensity, but I supervise every movement. If your form is off, I stop the rep. It doesn't matter if we are 5 people or 15; everyone gets my attention because injuries from bad form are the main reason people quit their fitness journey.
Whether you are a student, a working professional, or a homemaker, these sessions are designed to fit your stamina level while pushing you to do just one more set than you did yesterday. It is not about competing with the person next to you; it is about building your own strength. If you are tired of the noise at commercial gyms, come see how we actually train.
Rajneesh Choudhary
I’m Rajneesh. I’ve been in this industry for 20 years, and I know most people quit fitness because they get bored or injured. In my group sessions, I keep the energy high and personally watch your form so you actually see changes instead of just sweating it out.
