Real Strength & Performance Training
I don't believe in shortcuts. My training is about building functional power, mastering technical lifts, and developing a discipline that carries over into your real life. Tagde raho.
This is what building real power looks like. We start with a heavy 150 kg back squat for foundational strength, then transition to explosive box jumps to build athletic power.
Technique is king. Here I am executing a 155 lbs power snatch. We drill these Olympic lifts to develop speed, coordination, and full-body explosive strength.
My training philosophy is simple: improve overall performance. We work on power with cleans, strength with squats, endurance on the rower, and plyometrics with box jumps.
Functional strength is built on six basic human movements. We train the hinge, lunge, carry, push, pull, and squat to ensure you are strong and capable in every plane of motion.
For me, lifting is a form of devotion. This deadlift is more than just moving weight, it is about building an unbreakable will. Jai Shree Ram.
Here is one of my clients demonstrating her strength and dedication. We work on everything from heavy barbell squats to kettlebell movements and core stability exercises.
I train hybrid athletes. We combine the raw power of weightlifting, like in this deadlift, with the speed and conditioning of boxing to build a complete warrior.
About Featured
Whether we are hitting 150kg squats or drilling power snatches, everything we do in the gym has a purpose. We don't train for aesthetics alone. We train for explosive power, joint longevity, and a mental toughness that doesn't quit. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with intention, let's get to work.
Building a Bulletproof Athlete
My training is structured around six core human movements: the hinge, lunge, carry, push, pull, and squat. This is not a cookie-cutter program you find in commercial gyms. I build your sessions based on your specific biometrics, ensuring you develop a resilient body that can handle heavy loads without breaking.
Why Technical Mastery Matters
I am obsessed with form. When you are learning the snatch or clean and jerk, you are not just moving weight. You are learning neurological control and explosive timing. I will be there to spot you, correct your ankle dorsiflexion, and ensure your spine stays neutral. We use video analysis in every session so you can see your progress and identify exactly where your technique needs sharpening.
The Hybrid Approach
I train hybrid athletes. We combine the raw strength of powerlifting—deadlifts, back squats, and bench—with the conditioning of CrossFit-style WODs and boxing drills. It is about building a body that can lift heavy, sprint fast, and keep going when the fatigue sets in.
My Promise
Training is my bhakti (devotion). When you sign up, you get more than a workout plan. You get a partner in your performance. We will work on mobility, fix muscle imbalances with unilateral work like Bulgarian split squats, and sharpen your mindset. No excuses. Just hard work.
Shivam Singh
For me, the gym is a mandir and training is my bhakti. I don't just watch you lift. I make sure your form is perfect and your intensity is real. We will build a body that isn't just for show, but one that is actually capable, explosive, and resilient.
