1-on-1 Form Correction Session
Technical Analysis
- Gait Assessment: Visual evaluation of running posture, foot strike type, and arm swing mechanics while running on track or trail.
- Video Feedback: Real-time slow-motion video capture of the stride to identify inefficiencies like overstriding or hip drops.
Drills & Conditioning
- Form Drills: Instruction on technical drills including A-Skips, B-Skips, High Knees, and Butt Kicks to improve cadence.
- Strength Integration: Basic bodyweight strength work using resistance bands to activate glutes and key running muscles.
- Cool-down: Assisted stretching and mobility work focused on calves, hamstrings, and hip flexors.

Core Planning
- Intake Assessment: Evaluation of current fitness via recent run logs and injury history to establish baseline metrics like VO2 Max and Heart Rate Zones.
- Weekly Schedule: Delivery of a 7-day training block including easy runs, tempo runs, and speed intervals tailored to specific distances (5K, 10K, Marathon).

How I Coach
- Safety comes first, always. There's no one way to run, but there's definitely a safe way. That's my job.
- We work a lot on running form correction because good form means less effort and fewer injuries.
- Everyone fits in here - newbies and marathoners. Every pace matters.

- Just starting? Join the 'Back to Basics' beginner running program on the first Saturday every month. Zero pressure.
- Chasing that new PR? I've got structured marathon training group programs for 5k, 10k, half and full marathons. Endurance, speedwork, hills - it's all in.
- Wednesdays are all about technique. We get into drills and intervals to build your speed.

My Story
We’re RunPundit. Coaching isn’t just a job for us, it’s a calling. Sport, running - it’s how we see people change, inside out. From the Adidas Runners Bengaluru crew to our 'With Women We Run' (auraton ke saath daudte hain - we run with women) drive, we’re all about building a real women’s running community. Doesn’t matter if you’re chasing a PB or running for Bharat ke liye Bhago, it’s the spirit that counts. Finish line? Bas shuruaat hai (just the beginning).
