I’m not just standing in the corner counting reps. I’ll watch your form, make sure you’re safe, and show you the Right vs. Wrong way for every move. I’m always there to spot you, especially when you’re pushing for those new Personal Records. We celebrate milestones together – but we also keep it light, with fun challenges that make you actually want to come back.
Sessions can include everything from barbells, dumbbells, TRX, to Indian club workouts like Karla Kattai and Mudgar – we keep things fresh and effective.
