That’s why I always say, nee nalla irukkanumna mudhalla healtha paathukko (if you want to be okay, first take care of your health). I’m here to help you shift the focus and rewrite your story.
Training with Me: Real, Hands-On Partnership
I’m not just standing in the corner counting reps. I’ll watch your form, make sure you’re safe, and show you the Right vs. Wrong way for every move. I’m always there to spot you, especially when you’re pushing for those new Personal Records. We celebrate milestones together – but we also keep it light, with fun challenges that make you actually want to come back.

My Story

Fitness, books, music - my world runs on these. I’ve had my own struggles, like the '30 KG FAILED' days, but I keep it real. Mudhal kashtama than irukkum, appuram palagidum.
