Training with Me: Real, Hands-On Partnership

I’m not just standing in the corner counting reps. I’ll watch your form, make sure you’re safe, and show you the Right vs. Wrong way for every move. I’m always there to spot you, especially when you’re pushing for those new Personal Records. We celebrate milestones together – but we also keep it light, with fun challenges that make you actually want to come back.

What I Specialise In

  • HIIT for beginners and fat-burner circuits for those looking at sustainable weight loss coaching
  • Real strength building with squats, deadlifts, presses, and advanced lifts like power cleans
  • Functional training routines to make you strong for everyday life, including kettlebells, battle ropes, agility drills
  • Women’s weightlifting tips and empowerment (lots of my clients are women smashing stereotypes)

Unique Mix of Tools

Sessions can include everything from barbells, dumbbells, TRX, to Indian club workouts like Karla Kattai and Mudgar – we keep things fresh and effective.

What to Expect

My Story

I always say, unakku aayiram problem irukkalam, but health problem vara varaikkum than. (You can have a thousand problems, but only till it becomes a health problem.) That’s what changed my life. Fitness, books, music - my world runs on these. I’ve had my own struggles, like the '30 KG FAILED' days, but I keep it real. Mudhal kashtama than irukkum, appuram palagidum. (First it’s tough, then you get used to it.) You ready for some real change? Ungaluku triceps kaatava? Let’s get started.

Personal Training & Group Classes - I offer online and in-person training in Bangalore - solo, group, and couple workouts.

Weightlifting & Functional Strength - From heavy lifts to Karalakattai swings, we build a strong, functional body for real life.

Focus on Form & Unique Methods - I teach the right way and wrong way, and mix in things like Reverse Breakdown Set training.

For All Levels - Beginners, women wanting to lift, couples, anyone - I have a plan for you, online or offline.
