Working out solo is tough. In my group and partner sessions, you get to sweat, laugh, and push each other. Whether you come with your bestie, spouse, or join a mixed group, you’ll feel the energy. I make sure everyone - especially women - feels comfortable and included.
I don’t do boring routines. Every class is packed with different stuff like HIIT, Circuit Training, Aerobics, and sometimes dance fitness. You’ll see dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, and agility ladders lying around. We target fat loss, weight management, and focus on belly fat reduction, plus building stamina and core strength group sessions.
If you want to try couple fitness routines or just workout with a buddy, I’ll set you up with partner moves like assisted sit-ups and squats. It’s about support, trust, and a lot of laughs. The motivation you get from your partner? Next level.
Chennai, Bangalore, or even online - your call. Sometimes we hit the parks, sometimes it’s a gym. You choose what fits your vibe.
