About Strength & Bodybuilding
I don't just write a routine and walk away. I am on the floor for every set, actively spotting you during heavy lifts and correcting your form in real-time. We train with iron and grit here. If you come, be ready to work because I will push you past the limits you set for yourself.
My approach to strength and bodybuilding is not about counting minutes. It is about building a mindset that lasts. Whether you are aiming for hypertrophy or prepping for a competitive show, we focus on the basics: heavy compound lifts, proper nutrition, and strict recovery. My gym in Madhugiri is divided into two floors. We have a dedicated space for cardio and conditioning, and another for pure strength training with heavy iron plates and machines. For those chasing muscle growth, I provide active physical spotting and weekly adjustments to your routine based on your progress. If you are looking at contest prep, expect to learn posing, peak week protocols, and the mental toughness required to survive a cutting phase.
Nutrition is part of the game. We have an in-house cafe where you can get your post-workout protein sorted without the usual confusion. I work with everyone, regardless of age or experience level. Age is just a number. If you have the willpower, ba workout madanna (come, let’s workout). We cut out the fluff and focus on what actually changes your physique.
