Community Strength & Mobility Classes in Domlur
Fitness is meant to be shared. Join our small group sessions in Domlur where we focus on sustainable strength, technique, and growing together.
Consistency isn't just about showing up; it's about the quality of work you put in with your community. Our group classes are designed to be challenging, supportive, and focused on long-term progress.

About The Troop Community: Group Classes & Workshops
We cap our group sessions at six members for a reason. You are not just following a generic circuit; you get hands-on feedback on your scapular positioning and mobility, ensuring you are building strength that lasts rather than just burning out for an hour.
At Troop, the group dynamic is a core part of the training. When you walk into our Domlur studio, you are not just a face in a crowded gym. Whether we are running a mobility workshop on splits or a 'Burn & Brunch' Sunday, the focus is on shared learning and connection.
Our classes are designed for those tired of the faster, harder, louder approach. We mix mobility drills with gymnastics-based strength, using tools like rings and parallettes, but the real magic happens in the feedback loop. With a maximum of six people, I can ensure your wrists are positioned correctly for a handstand or that your hips are engaging properly during a stretch.
It is not just about the workout. We have hosted workshops on everything from Thai massage to deep-dive mobility for backbends. These sessions create a space where you can ask questions, struggle through a movement, and laugh about it with people who are on the same journey. You will leave feeling capable, well-coached, and part of a community that actually wants to see you succeed.
